Credit Card PIN

• You should register your credit card PIN when you receive your credit card for phone banking and cash advance services. Please have the card with you.

You can register your PIN by via CitiPhone or Internet.

• Unlike other credit cards, you must register your PIN upon card delivery for the Citi Revolving Card. This is an advanced method to ensure privacy protection.

How to register PIN.

• Register card PIN immediately to use Short Term Card Loan(Cash Advance) services. You can change your PIN anytime at your convenience.

• You can also register your PIN via CitiPhone.

     Enter PIN and verify customer information
  • If the card has been renewed after expiry, you can continue to use your existing PIN without registration.
  • If you changed your card (eg: Silver -> Gold) or received a re-issued card due to loss or robbery, please register a new PIN
  • In the case of corporate cards, PIN registration is only feasible through branch visit.
