• This security card is designed to safeguard your financial activities with Citibank Korea via the Internet or telephone. The card has 30 random number combinations; you enter the first and last two numbers from two randomly selected sections. Your security clearance is granted when the numbers you have entered match the data encoded in the security card.

How to Use Security Card

• After you enter the wrong password five times, your transaction is locked, and you must visit our branch to verify your ID and reset your account.
• Citibank Korea customers are required to present the security card for banking transactions.

Security Card Loss/Replacement

• If you lose your security card, report it online. Visit a branch to have your ID verified and receive a new security card.
